FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) Vessels offer an economical alternative to expensive exotic alloys for corrosive media at ambient or moderate temperatures. They are widely used in chemical plants, effluent treatment, and storage applications.

  • Resin systems: isophthalic polyester (general), vinylester (strong acids/alkali), epoxy (high strength)
  • Liner: 2.5–5mm corrosion-resistant resin-rich liner + structural laminate
  • Available in horizontal, vertical cylindrical, and conical bottom designs
  • Large capacities economically achievable vs exotic metals
  • Flanged nozzles, manholes, and fittings in FRP or metal insert

HCl / H2SO4 / NaOH storage, chlorine scrubbers, effluent treatment tanks, fertilizer solution storage, electroplating tanks, water treatment vessels.
