Coalescer Vessels use coalescing media (glass fibre cartridges, fibrous mist eliminators, or hydrophilic/hydrophobic filter elements) to agglomerate fine droplets into larger drops that can be efficiently gravity-separated.

Types Available

  • Gas-Liquid Coalescer: Removes liquid aerosols (0.1–10 µm) from gas streams (pipeline gas, instrument air)
  • Liquid-Liquid Coalescer: Removes dispersed water from hydrocarbon streams (free water knockout)
  • Filter Coalescer: Combined filtration and coalescence for turbine fuel and aviation kerosene

Applications

Fuel gas conditioning, instrument air drying, pipeline gas dehydration, crude oil dewatering, jet fuel filtration.
