WFI Storage Tanks are designed and fabricated specifically for storage of Water for Injection (WFI) and Purified Water (PW) in pharmaceutical manufacturing, meeting the strictest regulatory standards.

• All welds orbital welded and internally electropolished (Ra ≤ 0.25 µm)
• Passivation as per ASTM A380 / ASTM A967
• 0.2 µm hydrophobic PTFE vent filter with heating jacket
• Nitrogen blanket connection with pressure relief valve
• Full drainability — sloped bottom, no dead legs per ASME BPE
• Insulated jacketed design for maintaining temperature (70°C+ for WFI)
• Conductivity, TOC, temperature, and pressure monitoring provisions
