Vacuum Emulsification Mixers are the primary equipment for cosmetic emulsion manufacturing, combining high-shear homogenization and gentle scraping in a vacuum environment to produce fine, stable, bubble-free emulsions.

Top anchor/frame scraper agitator (5–40 RPM) to prevent wall deposition

Full jacket with heating (steam/hot water) and cooling (chilled water) capability
Tilting mechanism for bottom discharge without product transfer pump
All 316L contact surfaces with Ra ≤ 0.4 µm mirror polish
