3. Our Response
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable the allegedly infringing content within 5 to 7 working days and notify the content contributor where applicable.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and consent to jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access for users found to be repeat infringers.
