DMCA and Copyright Policy

Vessel India respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to valid copyright infringement claims under the DMCA and the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

1. Reporting Infringement

Send a written notice to our Copyright Agent at info@vesselindia.com (Subject: DMCA Notice) including:

• Your full name, address, phone, and email.
• Description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The specific URL(s) where the infringing content appears.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Our Response

We will remove or disable infringing content within 5 to 7 working days of receiving a valid notice.

3. Counter-Notice

If content was removed in error, submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
